摘要：
The telecommunications market of the future will be highly aggressive with service providers competing to sell competing to sell complex services across a variety of networks. Service provisioning will be a key differentiator that customers will use to choose between rival offerings. This paper describes how service provisioning contains tasks that are best solved by using decision support systems. It describes the approach taken in the DESSERT project to develop well-engineered and reusable decision support software.
