摘要
Today, there are many educational resources available for free on the Internet. However, due to the diversity of background and learning styles of students, it is not at all easy to find those that meet their specific needs. One of the most important features of Learning Objects (LOs) is the ability to reuse resources to meet various educational situations. To maximize the usefulness of the LOs, it is important for it design to contain teaching elements necessary to become a learning resource in itself, so that it can be reused in other learning units. Competency-based learning requires an effort that depends not only on teaching strategies, but also on knowing how to select and apply appropriate resources to achieve them. On this basis, we propose a guide to help to design and classify LOs as resources for skills development, helping adequate recovery and reuse of these resources.
