THE NEED OF BUDGETING IN THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPANIES

A current state of the industry at the macro and micro levels is considered in the paper and necessity of implementing budgeting is substantiated. On account of the system approach, proved a significant influence of external environment on the activity of agricultural enterprises, and the necessity of its consideration during planning process were proved. Results of the study can be used in the planning of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine.
