摘要：
A recent update of analytical methodology of aluminum determination in human specimens is presented. Special precautions and algorithms are given to yield reliable results useful for clinical practice in nephrology and other departments. The necessity of establishing a laboratory specific analytical run is pointed out. Results for some human body fluids and tissue of nonexposed people are listed.
