Results of the archaeological field survey of sites in Cadastral Municipality Donja Moticina in 2012

In 2012 Nasice Local History Museum together with the Institute of Archaeology from Zagreb continued with the project of systematic archaeological field survey of the Nasice region. Field survey was conducted between 26th and 30th of November 2012 in cadastral municipality Donja Moticina but because of the bad weather conditions it was not conducted in full. Four new sites were documented from which three belong to the Middle Ages i.e. 14th-16th ct. (Donja Moticina - garden west of All Saints Church, Donja Moticina - Gajic, Seliste), with some Modern period finds (Donja Moticina - Moticina doljna) and one contained finds from Prehistory and the Middle Ages (Donja Moticina - Hill).
