摘要：

A boundary value problem is considered for a second order integro - differential equation with non-local and global terms in the boundary conditions. Considering that the principal part of the equation is of composite type, the boundary conditions one constructed by means of necessary condition. This happens by the fact that the principal part of the equation contains a hyperbolic part. Therefore we must agree with dictation of characteristics.
