It has been performing sturdily for quite a long time. The article reveals the system of corruption counteraction, its operating principles (such as state management "integrity", dynamism, flexibility, adequate threats reaction). The author defines positive aspects of criminal policy related to corruption counteraction in Australia: sufficient legislative base for corruption counteraction; multi-level and multi-layer criminal policy that considers territorial division and division of powers; institutional base for corruption counteraction that involves establishing special Committees and agencies whose activity would be aimed at state control and state service organization.
