摘要：

The paper titled "Exchange rate: is it manageable?" defines exchange rate as the price of a currency in function of another, thereby noting the influence it has on setting prices in the markets. Fixed, variable and managed exchange systems are used for guiding the exchange policies and forecasting exchange rates based on an analytical review of 10 determining factors. This tool enables administrators to forecast exchange rates and make decisions about their business operations with a management vision.
