摘要
Knowledge management is a holistic and synergistic process that is essential for the competitiveness of organizations; for a local, regional and national development based on knowledge is necessary its implementation and measurement. We present the results of a research on the evaluation of knowledge society in Caldas (Colombia), with a prevailing need for an approach towards organizational culture and change management, as propelling-potential elements of knowledge management. This article suggests key factors to perform this approach in public and private organizations of the Caldas Department.
