摘要
An infrared-radiofrequency double-resonance technique using a CO2 laser has been applied to observe direct radiofrequency transitions between Stark components in torsion-rotational states of CH3OH. A double-resonance cell consisting of a pair of parallel glass plates coated with a conductive thin film and a radiofrequency transmission line outside the parallel plates has been developed and used over a wide range of values of frequency and electric field. The a-component of the electric dipole moment, μa, has been determined for various torsion-rotational levels in the ground state and in the excited CO stretching and CH3 rocking (A′) vibrational states. © 1992.
