This article aims to determine which are the critical factors that help business organizations to transform the incoming new information in key factor for their success. In high-technology areas the speed of product development and technological change is a real challenge for the leadership of the company to maintain market positions. Crucial to their success is the control over knowledge and the successful integration of knowledge into new and innovative products and / or services.
