In the article the author reviewed the main aspects of ethics, and regulation of a public service by the procuratorial organs of the Russian Federation. In the process of presenting the issues of legal regulation of ethical standards. Of interest is the author's position, the analysis of normative legal acts regulating the activities of the public prosecutor's Office.
