摘要
Education means to bridge the gap between what we know and what we are. And the relationship between experience and knowledge (in contrast to the traditional relationship between theory and practice) is necessary and important in education. The notion of experience is understood as what happens to us and leads us to think about the meaning of education. The idea of knowledge is understood as the result of experience, which always has a strong personal component. These ideas are discussed in the paper, and ways of tackling this process of building a personal relationship between experience and knowledge in teacher education are offered.
