MICROWAVE PROPERTIES OF HIGH-TC Y1BA2CU3OY SUPERCONDUCTING BRIDGES ON Y2BACUO5 SUBSTRATES

The microwave properties of high-T(c) Y1Ba2Cu3Oy bridges have been measured at the frequency f = 22 GHz at 4.2 K by means of a high sensitive radiometric probe method. The results, explained by the coherent hypervortex motion, show discontinuities in current-voltage characteristics, harmonic and subharmonic voltage steps under the external microwaves, and self-radiation peaks corresponding to the moving frequencies of hypervortices across the bridge.
