摘要：
Anaerobic treatment of cane vinasse by means of the UASB process is attractive. But, due to the typical composition of vinasse, problems can arise with operating such plants. The experience with a pilot plant treating vinasse, the start up of a full scale Biopaq reactor and operational results are described in this article. It is found that the design, start up and operation of UASB reactors treating cane vinasse differs considerably from reactors treating other types of waste water.
