The loss of legal force of acts of official interpretation in the Russian Federation

摘要：
The article is devoted to the analysis of circumstances of loss of legal force of acts of official interpretation in Russia. Existence of the various points of view on the nature of acts of casual and standard interpretation generates ambiguities in definition of time borders of their action. The author investigates limits of action of interpretative acts in their interrelation with interpreted standard legal acts. On the basis of the analysis of the scientific literature concrete circumstances of loss of force of acts of official interpretation are allocated and the offer on their legalization is taken out.
