摘要
The aim of this study is to analyze the intellectual capital in the context of university education in health sciences from their development strategies. The methodology is the criticalreflective paradigm, we used the techniques of content analysis of the theories of Viedma (2001), Stewart (1998), Orozco (2003), Nunez (2005) and Edvinsoon and Malone (2005). It unveiled the strategies to strengthen the intellectual capital in educational organization: construction of knowledge, integrity, commitment and management institutional intellectual. In conclusion, it demands a shared responsibility across the interface between the university and the state comptroller Venezuelan social commitment to take screening and intervention in the problems of their environment, promoting a college-centered educational management intellectual capital within the principles of justice, fairness and responsibility with the socio-community.
