Impact of social networks and marketing on the alimentation and physical activity of young people in the state of Guanajuato

摘要
The research presented aims to show that young people in the state of Guanajuato are influenced by social networks and marketing, this derived from the amount of information they access and that serves to promote brands and product consumption habits and / or services. The research was conducted to young people, mainly university students, between 15 and 29 years old, who actively participate in social networks, an instrument and direct interview was applied to obtain information regarding their habits related to their use at times dedicated to food, nutrition and physical exercise. In the time they use social networks and their use by gender, there were no great differences in the groups that were interviewed. It is proposed the development of government programs that help to strengthen activities for the integral development of young people and to improve their physical development.
