摘要：
Criminal-law and criminal-procedure aspects of criminal prosecution initiation about the cases of the crimes, infringes on the interests of service in the commercial and other organizations, the points of views of the scientists about the validity question of the reflection this procedure situation in the norms of the material law are analyzed, the proposals of the improvement of the norms, regulating the using of the dispositive principle in the criminal-law relationships are saying.
