摘要
A 29-year-old man suffering from hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy was treated with verapamil 240 mg daily for 4.5 years. During this period the symptoms were reduced, and an intraventricular gradient diminished from 80 to 20 mm Hg, possibly due to a decrease in left ventricular ejection fraction combined with an improved diastolic filling. © 1990.
