摘要
The article presents the research on individual features of managers of medium rate conducted with the help of the psychodynamic approach. These features are considered determinant factors of their behaviour in crisis situations. The author demonstrates the theoretical analysis kept on studying the problem of managers' psychological characteristics in the context of anticrisis management. She develops the theoretical concept "Egorefraction". "Ego-refraction" is interpreted as a function that transforms the interaction of situation factors and personal structure into behavioural reactions. The author substantiates the adequacy of applying psychodynamic approach in studying unconscious phenomena that regulate individual behaviour in crisis situations. She constructed some psychological profiles of managers of medium rate; elaborates the classification of crisis situations; presents some recommendations for teaching managers of medium rate to act in crisis situations.
