Results of theoretical and empirical verification research of model of the semiconductor switch

This paper presents result of theoretical and empirical verification research of model of the semiconductor switch. This model that, is a representation of semiconductor switch as a wide frequency range sours of the conducted disturbance, is proposed by the author. Frequency range and boundary validation of the model are presented. Give an example of the model application to determine of the level of disturbance generated in the simple circuits. Compare results of computations and results of experiments. Measurements of the level of the conducted disturbances are by measurement receiver carry out.
