摘要：
A Volume of Fluid numerical technique, which may be called Piecewise Linear interface Calculation (PLIC), is developed for tracking the motion of interfaces. This method reconstructs interface by a segment in each cell, and advects it by a lagrangian method. After testing the method on simple examples, we have integrated it in the code Surfer to simulate the Rayleigh-Taylor instability.
