摘要
The results of calculations of the liquid metal subsurface layer atom binding energy and temperature under operating conditions of a Ga liquid metal ion source (LMIS) are given. The concepts developed in this article can help to explain the presence of excited neutral atoms of the LMIS substance in the desorption flux.
