摘要：
The mission of the regional integration is to create the most successful global strata, allowing the participants to enhance the positive and mitigate the negative effects of the globalization. The reference conditions have an impact on the model and mechanisms of the integration. The author formulates the four features of the Eurasian economic integration and refers to the useful experience of other regional associations.
