摘要
Studies on lipid formation by a cellulolytic mould,Aspergillus niger AS-101, were carried out in shake flasks. The maximum amount of lipid accumulated comprised 17% and 14.9% of the mycelial dry weight on glucose and cellulose media, respectively. Unsaturated fatty acids comprised around 80% of the total fatty material, with linoleic acid predominating.
