摘要
The change occurring in the binding energy of the electrons on impurity atoms as a result of the relocation of the wave function in a system of quantum wells in an external electric field, which is longitudinal with respect to the axis of growth of the heterostructure, was investigated, As a result of this effect, the concentration of free charge carriers changes substantially and the lateral conductivity of the system is thereby modulated.
