摘要
The magnetic properties, Curie temperature and crystallization temperature of rapidly quenched Nd4Fe77.5B18.5-xSix (0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 14.8) alloys are studied. It is found that the substitution of Si atoms has a remarkable influence on the Curie temperature (T-c) and crystallization temperature (T-x). As the Si content increases, the T-c decreases from 590 K for x = 0, to 552 K for x = 14.8, but T-x increases from 865 K for x = 0, to 922 K for x = 14.8.
