摘要：

This paper has the aim to present some reflexions concerning the relationships between working memory (WM) and organisational memory (OM) on the perspective of knowledge management (KM) taking in account concepts of knowledge' creation, arrangement and dissemination. From theoric approaches related to KM, individual memory's concepts specially working memory (WM) are rescued in order to understand how does MT, at individual level, allow the building of organizational memory (OM), which is consequence of organizational learning.
