摘要：

Incidences of prostate cancer and other urological cancers particularly bladder cancer have increased in recent years. For this reason requirement for new tumor markers and non invasive diagnostic tools has raised and genetic factors for tumor pathogenesis have been studied to reveal new therapeutic methods. Many studies that used molecular methods took place in the literature to explain genetic factors for cancer etiopathogenesis. Basic molecular methods that are used in urooncology are reviewed in this paper.
