摘要：
European educated society lives under the principles of Bologne process. Essence if this process is to form zone of European high educational system which is based on the similarity of fundamental principles of functioning. The main place in the system takes by teaching work in credits. European credit - trasfering system is proposed as the basis. Credit - module organization of educational process provides psychological development of cooperation between the teacher and general educational skills and habits.
