NORAMBUENA CASE A VIOLATION OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS

The present scientific article search to check the Constitutionality and existence human rights infringement of the international criminal Mauricio Hernandez Norambuena Andres, prison at Brazil, already was convicted prisoner on Chile for two life imprisonments. Norambuena is fulfillment punishment in differentiated disciplinary regime collected currently in Campo Grande - MS, federal prison. Has been proposes by defense a habeas corpus and petitions to series of regime, all dismissed. Habeas corpus decision 44.049 of year 2005 by STF based the decision in the high danger to society. Norambuena live in no human conditions, not getting the regime progression, in the Maxim Security Prison. This case was motive of complaint to the international courts of human rights infringement.
