摘要：

Adolescence as a stage of life with specific social meaning in contemporary Brazilian sociocultural context, is in a position of significant vulnerability and violation of fundamental rights. Adolescence as a transition and characteristics, intersubjectivity in the context where it belongs. Violation of rights, which acquires different dimensions, but that relates to the numerous possibilities offered and the lack of perspective of belonging and social recognition.
