摘要
From a theoretical review, this essay seeks to lead a discussion in order to relate and seek to identify interfaces between the Theory of Planned Behavior (TCP) and the Index of Readiness to Adopt Products and Services Based on technology developed by Parasuraman (2000). For this, the work was structured as follows. Initially, it presents some discussions on the consumer decision-making process to base the presentation of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TCP). They are then covered discussion on the subject available for the use of technology and the readiness to construct technology and for technology adoption index (TRI). From there, the interface or the relationship between the TCP and TRI are questioned. Finally, concluding comments were made, focusing mainly on the propositions of empirical research involving the themes.
