Human Trafficking: A deficit of labour market

The search for the closest situations of exploitation regarding the modalities of human trafficking inside the resolutions of the Ministry of Employment at Santander's Territorial Direction allowed the beginning of an analysis of the existing breach among the way to address human trafficking, the labor market, and the social protection. The identified violations to the labor law, although not representing directly human traffic, do reflect indeed a deficit of decent employment inside the structure of the labor market, making their inhabitants more inclined to working for their survival in conditions that violate their rights.
