摘要
Coronary blood flow velocity analysis of the contralateral and of the ipsilateral artery can be used to assess collateral flow during controlled balloon coronary occlusion. Coronary blood Row velocity assessment in combination with measurement of aortic pressure and coronary wedge pressure permits expression of the development of the collateral circulation in terms of flow and resistance.
