摘要：
Water has limitations as an NMR substance for magnetometry work at the highest accuracy by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). We have been developing the technology of high field optically pumped He-3 NMR as a precursor to a measurement of mu(h)(He-3)/mu(B) and progress to date is repor mu(h)(He-3)/mu(B) and progress to date is reported.
