A NEW CONTOUR FILL ALGORITHM FOR OUTLINED CHARACTER IMAGE GENERATION

摘要：
This paper presents a new algorithm to rasterize outlined characters for desk-top publishing applications. The font shape is described by its contours, cubic Bezier curves and/or straight lines. The algorithm is based on chain-code flags. It is fast, easy to implement and can guarantee the correct filling under any scale factors.
