摘要
Green light with lambda-max = 530 nm influences processes of spore swelling and the formation and elongation of growth tubes. These changes in the germination process are also observed under dark conditions in the case of spores formed under constant illumination (L-spores), thus demonstrating for the first time the ability of visible light to produce changes in the cytodifferentiation of fungi in the second generation under dark conditions. It was established that mycelium grown from L-spores under submerged-culturing conditions is distinguished by more vigorous growth processes and has a modified lipid composition similar to that of L-spores. Light is an ecological factor influencing the development of organisms, including mycelial fungi [3, 10].
