摘要：
This article is part of the carried out valuations for the author about the process of administration of the academic human resources in the pedagogic superior institutes. In the same one it is valued the necessity and importance of the evaluation of the statement process. They appear, also, appreciations that kept in mind they can contribute to the improvement and elevation of the quality of this process.
