For the calculation of the temperature distribution during the heating in thick-walled, steam-flowed pipes, a process has been introduced that calculates the temperature in the walls in dependence on the distance from the pipe entrance, the wall-thickness and the time. The fundamental principles of the process are explained which shows an outstanding agreement in comparison with first measuring results.
