摘要：
This research is part of an effort to develop a comprehensive diagnostic and preventive program for epilepsy in Piedmont (Italy). The investigation provided a reasonable estimation of the prevalence and incidence of epilepsy among children (aged 1 mo.-14 yr) in the Alba-Bra district. The research also attempted to identify the possible etiological factors of this illness.
