摘要：
Molecular diversity provides a source of novel lead compounds for drug discovery. In particular, soluble combinatorial libraries composed of millions of peptides, peptidomimetics and organic compounds have lead to the successful identification of new pharmacophores. The current development of structurally defined combinatorial libraries will broaden the applicability of combinatorial chemistry.
