摘要
Intermediate level managers were examined through the "Ways of Coping Questionnaire" and tests by Szondi and Luscher. There were found out some significant relations between choice of coping strategies and deep psychological peculiarities of their personality. The article presents definition of defensive mechanisms that determine coping behaviour of intermediate level managers in crisis situations.
