摘要
Kurrzke's Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) is a well known and generally accepted scale to document neurologic deficits in multiple sclerosis patients. The use of this scale is rather difficult, due to the fact, that it requires a large amount of time and relevant knowledge from the examing physician. We developed a form, that shows all relevant contents of the EDSS and facilitates the access of the EDSS-score.
