摘要
All public institutions must have the necessary tools to face the future changes so that the management could be more interactive and competitive. Indeed, the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a management tool that helps to improve the organizational performance, taking into account and. The public educational Institutions such as the university institutes of technology, present different disadvantages for the profit of an excellent education, but they can count on the BSC based in four perspectives adaptable to any organization: Budget and income; Universitarian community; Internal processes; Formation and development. These perspectives can work interrelated to facilitate the decision making process in order to achieve the proposed objectives. The BSC makes emphasis on the perspectives of formation and development and internal processes, central axis for these institutions where the faults are evident.
