Management of Human Resources for Health, found in the formative stage to perform various functions during the Social Service in the State of San Luis Potosi, an important part of the structure of these services and care-care population, in this scenario already has a broad historical trajectory operational organizational level, so it has reached a point where possibilities for improvement, translated into opportunities for managers and management positions allow setting goals medium term through strategic planning.
