摘要
Rural networks are characterized by a low load density and high specific investment costs. This results in comparatively long periods for the extension or reconstruction of networks. In order to optimize the planning process described in this paper, the planning rules will first be elaborated for a distribution network, which extends over a period of 20 years. Network structures and planning criteria are derived from this principle. This forms the basis for a knowledge based planning system aimed at cutting down the work expended on engineering in the course of annual planning.
