摘要
The superplastic behaviour of two alumina-zirconia composites has been studied from the structural point of view. The onset of the grain intercalation mechanism between grains of the two phases has been observed. It corresponds to the formation of a protuberance on a grain, that penetrates in a boundary separating two grains of the other phase. This can result in a grain switching event.
