摘要
In Ukraine, the Masters course is in the process of formation, but its role in the modernization of higher school is great. The main task of the system of methodical training of future teachers of Ukrainian literature is the creation of appropriate conditions in the Masters course for organization the effective training of students. The article examines the problems of pedagogical conditions of formation of methodical competence of future teachers of Ukrainian literature at pedagogical university. In our study, we follow the idea that pedagogical conditions are the combination of external and internal factors of educational process, which on the one hand, ensure the achievement of the students the necessary level of formation of a particular type of professional competence, and the other - enhance the effectiveness of the educational process. The author presents the analysis views of scientistson category "pedagogical conditions" and explains the nature of each of these conditions and offers the ways of implementation in the educational process of higher education. We highlight the following pedagogical conditions. 1) Organize the educational process at universities based on student-oriented and competence-based approach to training. 2) To develop a new training program for the course "Teaching Ukrainian literature at higher school" and a special course. 3) To take into consideration the psychological and pedagogical peculiarities of student's age, personality of student and abilities. 4) Reorganize the system of the master's teaching practice. 5) To draw attention on the lack of scientific and methodical support of educational process and low willingness of scientific and pedagogical staff of the university to train and educate future professionals based on new principles of education. Explained the basic concepts of "professional competence" and "methodical competence" of the future teachers of Ukrainian literature.
